Policy

We do not tolerate any inappropriate actions, if so the treatment will end and there will be full payment for services booked. We are very professional and give quality service for our customers at all times.

Reservation: Credit card is needed to reserve your appointment. Credit card will not be charged until time of service. Payment for services may be by credit card, cash or gift certificate -No checks accepted.

Late Arrival: Please plan to arrive on time to fully enjoy the time we have reserved for you. If you are late, that time will be deducted from your total treatment time.

Gift Certificates:
These are perfect for any occasion. They may be purchased for any one of our individual treatments or packages or any dollar increment. There will an expiration date on the gift certificate.

Special/Specific Health Conditions: Please let us know prior to your treatment if you have any special health issue such as high blood pressure, heart condition, or any health issues that may contraindicate with any heat therapy, massage or skin care.

GRATUITY: Gratuity is not included in our services. Please give gratuities to your therapist based on your own discretion. Gratuity can be added on to credit card purchases only or given cash. Gratuity is not available for SpaFinder Gift Certificate purchases. Any balance left over from service will be on your Spafinder certificate.

Cancellation Policy:
We hope you keep your appointment however if you need to cancel please give us a 24 hour notice. In the event there is a No Call- No Show 100% fee. For late cancellation less than 4 hours prior to service 50% will be charged to your account. All appointments booked for services 4 hours or less can be pre-paid online with credit card when you clicking gift certificate at bottom of home page or over the phone  calling Miraculous Massage Representative #877-819-4481.
