The bottom of our feet has nerve endings that connect to our whole body’s systems. Pressing down on certain pressure points will help detox your entire body. With the 30-minute service, your feet will be wrapped in a warm towel, then after, we will use our foot cream to start your reflexology. In a 50-minute service, you will receive a warm foot soak; after drying off, we will use our foot cream to create your reflexology.

A prenatal massage focuses on the special needs of a mother-to-be. Since your body is going through a dramatic change, this massage will help your muscles and joints, improve circulation, and help relieve any discomfort you may be having. Our massage table has a round hole that will fit your belly, allowing you to lay comfortably with your face down. Since we are helping detoxify your body, you must be 12 weeks into your pregnancy to get this message.
